Hey Al,
The main difference between them is. 
RSI posts your links to Blogger and Tumblr and our own network.

Entity Ranker creates amazing content that google loves to googles own network, Google Sites.
Both these softwares compliment each other in terms of ranking your business site etc. 
In fact, you can do a run of RSI
Collect all those links from that project, 

Then create a project in ER and promote those links inside ER to really give those other links tons of juice etc from the google sites
Then create a project promoting your business in ER
Then grab those links created
And post them in an RSI project. 

Golden!!
